Return & Refund Policy
At Breastie Lingeries LLC, customer satisfaction and hygiene are our top priorities. Due to the intimate nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.
No Returns or Exchanges
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, all sales of bras, briefs, camisoles, and spaghetti tops are final. We do not offer returns, size exchanges, or product swaps under any circumstances.
We strongly encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, size charts, and images before placing an order.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Refunds are only issued in the following limited situations:
The wrong item was shipped
The item arrived damaged or defective
The order was lost in transit
In such cases, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos or videos of the issue. Once verified, we will offer either:
A replacement item, or
A refund to the original payment method (at our discretion)
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
Sale & Discounted Items
All sale, promotional, and discounted items are non-refundable.
Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Breastie Lingeries LLC is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details are not eligible for a refund.
